To initiate a return:

  1. Open ShrishtiMart App
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the product
  4. Tap Return / Replace
  5. Upload images (if required)

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is provided if stock is available
  • If not available, refund will be issued

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after product verification.

  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer / wallet

  • Processing: 2–3 days after pickup
  • Credit: 5–7 business days

6. Pickup & Shipping

  • Pickup will be arranged by us (if service available)
  • In some cases, customer may need to ship product
  • Shipping charges may apply depending on reason

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care products
  • Innerwear / hygiene items
  • Customized products
  • Digital products/services

8. EMI Orders (Important for Your App)

  • EMI orders can be returned as per standard policy
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment/EMI provider
  • EMI processing fees (if any) may not be refundable

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed (only return)

10. Fraud Prevention

  • Returns may be rejected if misuse or fraud is detected
