• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Refunds will be processed as per policy
• Delivery charges may be non-refundable

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates
• Delays may happen due to external factors

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Provide false information
• Attempt to hack or misuse the system

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logo, design, text) belongs to ShrishtiMart and cannot be copied.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Indirect losses
• Delays beyond our control
• Third-party service issues

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

9. Changes to Terms

We can update terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
